• Full payment, including tax, due within 30 days of notification
• Storage fee due after 30 days of notification
• Unclaimed items will become property of Major Wildlife Studio after 60 days of first notification
• Trophys not properly caped and cared for prior to their arrival in the studio will have extra charges
• MWS assumes no responsibility for hides that do not tan properly due to hunter's negligence
• Please stop by our studio prior to your hunt for proper skinning and caping tips
• All animals must comply with New Mexico Game and Fish regulations and be accompanied by a valid tag. Any and all animals not properly tagged or unethically harvested will be rejected and hunters will be immediately reported to the New Mexico Game and Fish.
